Amazon's Global Executive Development (GED) team is hiring a senior executive coach to support Amazon’s senior leaders (Directors and Vice Presidents). They will coach and facilitate a global leadership development program for our director population, fostering participant’s awareness of their leadership approach, providing development support, and reinforcing learning. In addition to coaching in the program, the executive coach will also conduct long-term strategic coaching engagements with senior leaders at Amazon to address developmental areas and build strengths critical to the leader’s success in current and future roles. While this is an individual contributor role, you will work in close partnership with senior leaders and development professionals worldwide. You will need strong learning and listening skills and the gravitas and experience to partner with senior leaders. You will also contribute programmatic and strategic improvements to better the program including interpreting critical themes and writing documents to share these insights with senior leaders.
