This is a unique product opportunity to develop a new customer-centric roadmap. We are building a new Product team is heavily focused on Shopping CX experimentation. Our PM team works closely with design partners on the team and engineering partners across the company to innovate and identify opportunities for storewide customer impact.Our team is part of the Shopping Design org responsible for designing foundational shopping experiences, including discovery, homepage, inspirational shopping, detail page, purchasing, personalization, and more. In addition, our team supports the Rio Design system which owns major UI components (e.g. buttons, filters, alerts) which creates a more predictable and consistent shopping experience for our customers - used by thousands of Amazon builders. In 2024, we are driving a roadmap of 50 experiments across 20 teams.The Principal Product Manager will own the product vision and roadmap within a broad coverage area such as discovery, core shopping, or storewide patterns. You will have exciting opportunities to experiment on the current CX and spend time looking around corners to help define the shopping experience of the future.
