Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Blink
Blink (part of Amazon Devices) is looking for a data-driven, customer-obsessed marketing manager to drive scaled email marketing campaigns globally. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the vision for email marketing strategies and campaigns. This role will have end-to-end ownership of subscription campaigns, including automated flows and promotional emails from strategy to execution with a strong foundation in e-commerce best practices.This is a critical role on our marketing team as we look to scale acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts for Blink. This role will manage acquisition email campaigns across Sonar and Braze including prospecting, TPR, Marquee, and re-targeting campaigns. They will manage device launch campaigns, prospecting, and campaign management. They will aim to become an Amazon Email Bar Raiser acting as the SME for all awareness, acquisition, and conversion email programs working with Developers, Creative, Product, and Business Development.Key job responsibilitiesOwn email marketing campaigns from beginning to end from gathering of requirements, design and development, to testing, launch, and reportingGenerate on-brand, best-in-class content, tailored to appropriate customersLeverage Braze, Sonar, and other email tools to increase performanceBuild email programs and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenueWork with stakeholders to build campaigns that inform customers of launches, promotions, news, and eventsCreate and test campaigns and templates that align content to customer preferencesAnalyze, report on, and optimize against key metrics including CTR, open rates, revenue lift, and engagementRecommend and implement iterative A/B testing to continually improve performance through optimized messaging and targetingDevelop and lead an annual email marketing plan to align on key growth areas, maintain a project schedule, and make it visible to leadershipGain subject matter expertise in customer pain points and deliver proactive solutionsResearch and develop an iterative testing strategy to gain insights and continuously improve the customer experienceWork with marketing, content, design, product, support, engineering, and leadership to align channel initiatives with business goalsAnalyze cohorts and segment effectively to drive growthTrack email best practices, industry trends, and make proactive recommendationsA day in the lifeThis role's primary focus will be to build and execute email marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance the customer experience and drive growth for our business.
