Amazon’s Customs & Trade (ACT) Learning & Development team supports Amazon’s customs brokerage mission to provide global customers (International FBA Sellers and External Freight Forwarders) a one-stop customs business for international transportation services. To support expansion, we are searching for a Sr. Learning Specialist with strong communication, development and facilitation skills to join our team and help grow and implement customs brokerage onboarding, training, and upskilling programs. Amazon Customs Brokers own customs clearance on ocean, air, rail and truck cross-border shipments, and the Sr. Learning Specialist will play a critical role in defining and facilitating training and learning materials for onboarding and continued education. A Sr. Customs Learning Specialist is comfortable talking in front of a group as well as one-on-one with an individual, and is able to give and receive feedback effectively.
