The ideal candidate works effectively in a cross-functional environment and is comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders. This person uses data to guide decision-making, has strong business judgement, and can think creatively about new opportunities. This position will partner with program teams that enable operations and eliminating defects that lead to a negative policy experience for sellers. They will need to partner with global operations leads to align design, development, and maintenance of metrics, reporting, analysis and dashboards.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include:
• Hire, manage, and coach a team of Business Analysts.
• Strong leadership, vision and passion to build and drive a Business Analytics team to create changes in business partnerships, analytics, and metrics/reporting.
• Drive the design, development and implementation of our Operations analytics to provide stakeholders with structured access to data.
• Champion proper adoption of self-service analytic tools and reporting environments.
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards that monitor and to drive key business decisions.
About the team
Account Health Support (AHS) is a global team that provides Selling Partners with empathetic support while addressing their account health and compliance concerns.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a similar discipline with analytical bias
- 6+ years of relevant work experience as a business analyst, financial analyst, or similar position requiring analysis including the use of SQL, Python or similar.
- 4+ years of experience using data driven analytics to support business decisions
- 4+ years of people management experience, analysts or similar technical positions
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Quicksight)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a similar discipline with analytical bias
