This role is responsible for procuring and managing the necessary placements across Amazon to execute the O&O marketing strategy. They collaborate with cross-functional teams on experimentation, targeting, and optimization to drive performance. This role also owns the end-to-end campaign execution process to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns. A successful candidate has digital marketing experience, demonstrated success working cross-functionally across internal and external teams, and delivering results through programs that reach millions of customers at scale with an aptitude for data analysis. Being able to thrive in a fast-moving environment and prioritizing work is essential, as is a mind for innovation and learning through testing.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage sports launch campaigns from development through live QA by working closely with all relevant stakeholders
- Help procure the necessary placements across Prime Video Storefront, Amazon.com, and Fire TV, as outlined in the GTM strategy.
- Collaborate with the GTM lead and BI team to develop, build, and refine the targeting required for all placements and manage the ongoing maintenance and optimization of audience segments.
- Tracking campaign success and sharing of learnings with all stakeholders
- Provide input on test ideas to optimize placement performance based on placement performance data
- Partner with all stakeholder teams to discuss launch goals, timelines, deliverables, obstacles, and dependencies for your portfolio.
About the team
Prime Video has a vast selection of live and on demand sports content including Thursday Night Football, WNBA, New York Yankees, National Women’s Soccer League, and more. The Sports Marketing team is charged with creating world-class marketing campaigns to deliver this growing portfolio of live sports content to Amazon customers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- A proven track record of owning marketing strategies that directly impact business goals.
- Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing, and digital advertising, or related non-internship experience
- Experience effectively communicating information in spoken and written form
- Experience building and executing on cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
- Strong communication skills to drive recommendations, articulate tradeoffs, and communicate plans to leadership
- Strong critical and analytical thinking
- Experience working in the sports, streaming, tech, or entertainment industries

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
