The Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and immersive learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients and learners. The successful candidate will have a passion for learning design, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles. He or she will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a related field, with a strong track record of creating impactful learning experiences.
Key job responsibilities
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and project stakeholders to identify learning objectives and performance goals.
* Conduct needs analysis and learning assessments to identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions.
* Develop and manage project timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of learning solutions.
* Design and develop learning solutions, including technical documentation, job-aids, reference materials, e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, videos, simulations, and other interactive content.
* Apply adult learning principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
* Evaluate the effectiveness solutions through assessments, feedback, and metrics, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
* Contribute to the development and optimization of learning content development processes.
* Troubleshoot and escalate roadblocks and risks as needed, making appropriate trade-offs
* Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of learning materials.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Articulate 360, Adobe Suite, CAD, Visio etc. with prior experience in using a Learning Management Systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of learning solutions and making data-driven improvements.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning solutions.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in learning design is a plus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or similar field.
- Experience authoring content using Xyleme (Learning Content Management System).
- Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications.
- Able to write effective instructional texts and scripts.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a professional and cordial manner through oral, written, and visual communications with others at all levels in the company.
