The Core Selling Partner Experience team defines, implements, and enforces quality standards for all Amazon-built experiences for all of our selling partners worldwide. We are seeking an innovative, entrepreneurial Senior Program Manager to lead Seller Customer Service (Seller CS) Trustworthy Program. This program drives long-term stakeholder ownership and investment in the reduction of untrustworthy communication between Buyers and Sellers in Seller-provided customer service, improve detection and mitigation opportunities through strengthened signals, and forges a closed-loop cycle which drives both incremental and scalable improvement in the trustworthiness of the Seller-provided CS channel (known broadly as Buyer-Seller-Messaging). The successful candidate will be exceptional at working backwards from both the buyer and seller to understand the customer journey, is skilled at communicating with both technical and business leaders, is capable of managing difficult cross-functional projects/goals, effectively influences across teams, and leveraging data to inform decisions and strategy.

Key job responsibilities
• Defines program requirements and drives teams/partners to meet goals. Accelerates progress by driving timely decisions.
• Able to spot risks, ask the right questions, clear blockers, and escalate appropriately. Makes trade-off’s.
• Influences customer roadmap priorities and decisions
• Creation of communication mechanisms for collaboration across SVPs in the broader Consumer org
• Effective communication with Senior and VP level partners both written and verbal
• Manages the lifecycle of complex initiatives. Unblocks teams and increases the speed of delivery. Negotiates resources and priorities. Able to find a path forward in difficult situations.
• Makes trade-offs between short-term needs vs. long-term needs.
• Perform general administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, event management, and marketing

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
