This role supports the Buyer Risk Prevention (BRP) organization under CT, whose mission is to keep Amazon stores safe and trustworthy for Customers and Selling Partners by ensuring Customer accounts are not used to commit fraud and abuse and ensure bad actors do not profit on Amazon. We address and prevent risk across four key areas: (1) Preventing bad actors from creating or compromising accounts (Identity Risk), (2) Preventing fraudulent orders (Payments Risk), (3) Preventing violations and abuse of our policies (Buyer Abuse), and (4) Preventing financial disbursements to bad actors (Bad Actor Disincentives).

Responsibilities:
- Create engaging e-learning for on-the-job performance improvement, using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools
- Instructional design to create learning content that best fits the needs of the learner and business.
- Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.
- Conduct analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and perform post implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams; Training Delivery, Operations, Quality, and Compliance, to identify knowledge gaps, and develop technical and non-technical training content.
- Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementations cycles.
- Collaborate with a global team of learning design professionals to develop learner engagement strategies, evaluation plans, and process improvement initiatives.
- Mentor or coach new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
