The BIL Measurement Lead will create a framework for consistent and accurate measurement of BIL campaigns, including the identification and rollout of the tools, templates and mechanisms needed to scale the framework to the organization. With new experiences and tactics being developed every day, the BIL Measurement Lead will consult BIL teams delivering campaigns and their Account Manager counterparts on campaign metrics and set-up. When custom experiences cannot be measured by existing Amazon Ads tools or methodologies, the BIL Measurement Lead will propose solutions or measurement experiments to help fill these gaps. They will act as the liaison between BIL and Ads Measurement teams, advocating for brand customers who invest in our most complex, difficult to measure campaigns.
