The Amazon Business Global Marketing team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Lead Development Manager who will spear-head registration, activation and engagement efforts of new customers within new program launches. This role will work closely with Global Growth Marketing, Sales and global BPO agencies to develop and implement GTM acquisition and engagement plans. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, and a successful track record of leading complex projects to acquire and onboard new customers in the Commercial and Public Sectors. They also possess an expertise in inside sales management and strong project and program management skills for success in this role.

Key job responsibilities
• Manage a team of remote Lead Development Representatives (LDRs) to attain daily activity metrics of inbound, outbound calls, decision makers contacts and qualified leads.
• Refine and Implement new projects charters, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in coordination with Growth Marketing, Sales and External agencies.
• Oversee program execution including deliverables, scheduling, leadership, and timely delivery across multiple and concurrent workstreams in coordination with external agencies.
• Train team on calling and prospecting skills and continuously monitor their performance.
• Drive targets for new account acquisition, activation and adoption across the Customer funnel.
• Travel both domestically and internationally to EU (20% of time) to support expansion of our Europe business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Highly proficient in CRMs (Salesforce), Sales Engagement, MS Excel and BI tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Understanding of marketing lead management funnel and demand generation processes.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
