Key job responsibilities
- Lead a large, multi-disciplinary team (creative, project management, strategy) across multiple US locations (LA, SEA, NY), establishing and upholding the highest creative and customer experience bar.
- Partner with BIL leaders in Content Production, Design Technology and Engineering to determine the best use of resources across multiple areas of vertical, creative and technical opportunity.
- Partner with US counterparts in Ad Sales and Ads Product teams to align on the BIL priorities that will drive sustainable growth through creativity and innovation.
- Collaborate directly with brands and agencies to communicate the full-funnel possibilities across the Amazon Ads canvas.
About the team
Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) is an award-winning advertising team that conceptualizes and executes bespoke advertising experiences for brands who invest in media with Amazon Ads, scaling successful campaign elements as new products or features in existing products.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 15+ years of experience in Advertising.
- 10+ years of experience leading teams responsible for creative or technical deliverables.
- Experience managing a P&L to make necessary staffing decisions and tradeoffs to deliver the best experience for customers, while managing the business responsibly.
- Bachelor's Degree.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Understanding of both creative and media best practices.
- Creative or content agency experience.
- Experience working closely with technical teams to deliver digital advertising or products.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- A portfolio with a range of experience in building advertising programs.
- Master's Degree.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $166,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $274,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
