In this role, you will obsess over delivering high-performing, best-in-class activations, that enable brands to tap into our creators’ shopping-obsessed communities, and execute on bespoke partnerships. This person will be responsible for the execution of custom marketing programs spanning retail GLs and sales categories, collaborating with members of our agile team including creator marketing, finance, ad sales, production, PR, legal, and analytics to produce content programs that include branded content, custom video, sampling, gifting, social content and more. This person will serve as one of the main points of contact in handling active client relationships with white-glove service.

This person will drive the end-to end execution of custom brand-sponsored marketing programs, managing logistics, execution, measurement strategy, and reporting. They will leverage performance data to inform the ways in which we can improve our offerings, prove performance for our brand customers, and solicit ongoing feedback where brands’ input is leveraged to drive shifts in strategy and product enhancements. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, extremely detail oriented, calm under pressure, an adept negotiator, able to see around corners, and effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders (both internal and external).

This person is responsible for owning the activation process to bring these co-branded marketing programs to life. We’re looking for a creative problem solver, who’s organized, adaptable and great with client services and communication. The ideal candidate is able to distill broad, nebulous big ideas, into simple activation concepts for brands, and is naturally collaborative and proactive. They are the centerpiece in producing brand sponsored program elements and working with both internal stakeholders and external vendors and production teams. They have strong track record of balancing a high volume of time sensitive tasks simultaneously, are comfortable and effective interfacing directly with clients, and can think big about opportunities to grow the business, while finding ways to automate for scale. They can influence up, down, and across and thrive in entrepreneurial environments. They have a proven track record of driving adoption of new ideas with competing customer cohorts, and they excel at creating effective collateral to help brands understand the value Amazon delivers to them in engaging creators. They are able to enhance our performance reporting, innovating around how and what we report on, and managing the integration of new data points, and metrics, to prove full-funnel ROI of our offerings at scale.

Key job responsibilities
* Support and manage the execution of multiple sold marketing programs across all brand categories including content creation, sampling, social campaigns, photo or video production, and more
* Help manage and coordinate all client and agency communication while working in tandem with internal partners and team members
* Identify potential campaign and program hurdles, optimizing in real time. Foresight and forward thinking is critical.
* Effectively manage program budgets, deliverables, timelines, purchase orders, and sponsored content/talent agreements
* Cultivate relationships with key clients, industry leaders, production partners, and internal teams
* Establish a measurement strategy at the offering level, develop and roll out new metrics that help showcase the value proposition of the offering, ultimately driving renewal for brand partners
* Automate and scale reporting capabilities by partnering with analytics to build initiative, campaign, and advertiser specific views which allow us to deliver fine-grain reporting and a rollup at the initiative level
* Develop and implement a mechanism for capturing scaled brand VOC and partner with program and product management to incorporate it into quarterly roadmap reviews
* Monitor industry and media trends to help identify new partnership offerings

The Creator Monetization team provides brands with opportunities to tap into commerce Creators at Amazon, growing brands’ businesses, and creators’ earnings in the process.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
- Experience setting up and managing a sales pipeline
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience in event production and execution

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $83,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market.
