Prime Video Trust & Safety programs aim to enable a globally trusted customer experience by ensuring that Prime Video provides content customers love and trust and accurate, meaningful and complete information to empowering customers to make informed viewing choices for themselves and their children.This role will focus on driving large-scale programmatic and strategic initiatives within Prime Video Trust & Safety. As a Sr. Program Manager for Trust & Safety Content Policy Enforcement team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of comprehensive strategies and initiatives to safeguard our service, protect our users, and uphold the integrity of our community. You will work cross-functionally with teams across the organization to identify and mitigate emerging risks, coordinate incident response efforts, and continuously improve our trust and safety capabilities. The candidate must balance high-level, strategic thinking with meticulous, tactical implementation, all while confronting ambiguously defined issues, confronting major obstacles, and quickly adapting to shifting circumstances. A successful candidate will excel in a high-velocity, dynamic business environment, drawing on analytical acumen and resourcefulness to deliver successful results with minimal supervision.Key job responsibilities- Defining and Implementing Trust & Safety Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive Trust & Safety strategies that protect the service, users, and brand reputation.- Process/Program Development: Establish and continuously refine Trust & Safety processes to address emerging risks and user concerns.- Compliance: Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure that the organization remains compliant with applicable requirements. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any compliance-related risks.- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on content policy initiatives, including key risk indicators, risk trends, and mitigation progress. Present findings to senior management as needed.- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance the Trust and Safety risk management framework and processes to adapt to evolving business needs and industry best practices.
