Your responsibilities will include creating comprehensive go-to-market strategies to accelerate existing services and launch new services at scale. You will be required to identify early adopters who can help influence the direction, feature set, and pricing of the product, and then drive lighthouse customer wins in specific market segments. As the business formulates, you will lead efforts to refine selling motions, and identify and activate new partnerships and channels.
Key job responsibilities
· Identify and engage leading brand targets
· Set up and manage the brand partner pipeline and report status to key stakeholders
· Work with cross-functional teams to enable the successful recruiting and on-boarding of new partners.
· Deliver persuasive, passionate, high impact, high quality presentations and documents to senior decision makers
· Advocate internally for features and functionality that will help facilitate a world class experience
· Define success metrics and improve product roadmap by communicating market opportunities and partner feedback to cross-functional teams
· Develop and implement ideas to streamline and improve the efficiency of our business development processes and systems
· Analyze performance results to drive improvements in the program
Monitor the competitive and changing landscape to help inform strategic planning
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
