Have you ever wanted to be part of a team who is building industry changing technology? Amazon’s Project Kuiper is long-term initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband network connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

Key job responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Leadership, Kuiper Regulatory, the Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to ensure Regulatory leadership can efficiently accomplish company initiatives and goals. The EA must be creative, organized, detail-oriented, exercise good judgment, have strong written, verbal and administrative skills. The EA must be able to work in a high-stress, dynamic, complex work environment and balance multiple priorities. The EA must demonstrate a strong bias for action by handling administrative matters expeditiously, proactively and professionally to ensure successful completion of assigned projects and tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities
The EA completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including:
• Managing a very active and fluid calendar of appointments; meticulous attention to detail in scheduling, coordinating and planning internal meetings, agendas and appointments; planning detailed domestic and international travel, writing itineraries, arranging point-to-point transportation; compiling documents for travel-related meetings; completing expense reports

• Planning, managing and executing ongoing key team activities (staff meetings, all-hands meetings, training, offsites, town halls, skip levels, morale events)
• Composing and preparing business correspondence; keeping the executive’s communications organized to filter low priority items and focus on important information
• Serving as the "gatekeeper" to the executive office, screening and prioritizing appointments/meeting requests while always providing polite and professional service
• Communicating on behalf of the senior executive directly with the leadership team and other stakeholders across the organization
• Training other administrative staff on company policies and best practices
• Have fun at work and help others do the same
