The purpose of the Ops AI Compliance team is to manage Ops compliance with rapidly changing global AI regulations. This candidate acts as a AI compliance subject-matter expert, specifically focusing on supporting Ops builders through the AI compliance lifecycle.

Key job responsibilities
- Support Ops builders with completion of AI compliance obligations.
- Partner with Ops builders to drive the complete and accurate completion of AI compliance documentation.
- Work with builders to remove blockers and escalate issues, as needed, to Ops AI Compliance leadership.
- Partner with Ops business owners to identify and mitigate AI risks.
- Identify, gather, track, and report risk metrics to Ops leadership.
- Manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
- Be comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years in Privacy, AI, Compliance, or a related field
- Former role in Privacy, AI, or Compliance with knowledge of regulatory and industry requirements and standards
- 3+ years leading projects with tight deadlines that involve the use of automated and manual systems and supporting internal customers across the globe

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- IAPP AI Governance Professional Certification (AIGP)
- Ability to work on a diverse team or with a diverse range of coworkers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
