The Onboarding Sr Program Manager will be responsible for reviewing our WW onboarding processes and driving short-term and long-term improvements to turn it into a seamless experience for external customers and internal operators. The workflow traverses multiple teams with responsibilities for different components of the pipeline (Marketing, Commecial, Pricing, Operations, Product and Tech) and will require close partnerships and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in process improvement and possess strong stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and be able to think outside the box to deliver change. They will be comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, and be motivated by a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Key job responsibilities
- Be a SME for the SWA WW onboarding processes and a key point of escalation for any onboarding queries.
- Identify short and long-term improvements to our customer acquisition workflow and build business cases to invest in scalable solutions.
- Work closely with operations teams on process improvement for shipper experience.
- Lead process improvement workstreams to improve lead-to-launch conversion rate and time-to-launch across the pipeline.
- Partner with Product/Tech teams to define requirements for long-term tech improvements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
