The Logistics for Good is seeking an experienced Program Manager for our Food Security and Natural Disaster Recovery initiatives.

Logistics for Good's mission is to utilize Amazon's transportation and logistics resources for social impact. We strive for solutions that benefit customers experiencing food insecurity and natural disasters.

As the leader in this role, you will collaborate closely with internal transportation and logistics teams, as well as various departments across Amazon. Additionally, you may engage externally with community leaders, governmental bodies, and nonprofit organizations to drive meaningful change.

To excel in this position, you must possess a strong dedication to customer satisfaction, proficiency in project management, and the ability to navigate through ambiguous challenges. Success in this role will require defining and measuring success metrics effectively.

This position is based in Bellevue, WA.

Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will support a portfolio of initiatives and be responsible for:
- Gaining alignment and commitment for initiatives with cross-functional partner teams
- Creating program execution plans
- Delivering initiatives alongside partner teams
- Defining and measuring success metrics
- Driving improvements metrics and program execution mechanisms
- Writing documents including program proposals/plans and executive status updates

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
