Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering (RME) is hiring for a Controls Technical Trainer. At Amazon we believe that Every Day is still Day One! Training coordination will include communicating with appropriate RME business unit, operations management, and the training team to ensure that all training sessions are conducted on-time and to standard. Responsibilities of this position also include delivery of instructor-led training classes for new hires, new skills (cross-training) and technical training refreshers as necessary. The person hired for this role must be able to manage the learning environment and report on testing results.In addition, the Trainer will support the development of training materials. As a Site Procurement Manager for the Amazon Fulfillment Center team, you will serve as the bridge between centralized Procurement and the building leadership. You will own the site’s indirect procurement operation responsibilities at a site level, including vendor management of 3rd party service providers, purchase order management, and inventory management. You will lead supplier management KPI and metrics reporting, and work with stakeholders to find and understand deviation and improvement areas.
