Amazon, one of the top 100 companies in the United States, has an immediate opening for a Tier 1 Seasonal Communications Process Assistant.Key job responsibilitiesThe Seasonal Communications Process Assistant is assigned to an Operations Manager, and will hold responsibilities specific to the different Fulfillment Center areas. Key job responsibilities: This role provides support to the leadership team in a variety of administrative tasks including document writing, graphic design, and outward Associate communication. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for communications, has a high level of flexibility and commitment, and has the ability to tackle ambiguity. Seasonal Communications PA role will aim to maximize and consolidate building communication to provide organization and consistency. This role is critical to the success of building communications and inter-departmental communications between associates and leadership. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)• Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays•Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required ...
