Key job responsibilities
The Seasonal Communications Process Assistant is assigned to an Operations Manager, and will hold responsibilities specific to the different Fulfillment Center areas.

Key job responsibilities: This role provides support to the leadership team in a variety of administrative tasks including document writing, graphic design, and outward Associate communication. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for communications, has a high level of flexibility and commitment, and has the ability to tackle ambiguity. Seasonal Communications PA role will aim to maximize and consolidate building communication to provide organization and consistency. This role is critical to the success of building communications and inter-departmental communications between associates and leadership.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
•Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in internal communications with a preference for operations or front line communications knowledge
• Experience executing highly successful, creative, and complex communications plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience developing relevant content for a diverse workforce
• Strong project management skills, handling multiple tasks and evolving priorities
• Ability to exercise high judgment, particularly in narrow time-frames and when dealing with ambiguity
• Adaptable and willing to pivot quickly to meet emerging demands
• Keenly focused and able to pay careful attention to important details
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skills
• Experience working in Problem Solve a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $15/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $21.01/hr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
