We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join the Amazon Legal team supporting Project Kuiper. You will support Kuiper’s commercial customer and channel partner contracts, working with business and legal teams. You will drive process improvements and initiatives to track and simplify customer transactions from beginning to end. You will have drafting and negotiating responsibilities on agreements and other supporting documents, and provide day-to-day contracting advice to business team members.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm, government agency, or in-house legal department, with responsibility for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating the legal terms of a range of commercial contracts
• Experience with contracts management software
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Project management experience
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks of varying duration and complexity
• Demonstrates judgment even in ambiguous situations
• Curious, adaptable, enthusiastic, and enjoys working hard and being challenged in a fun, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree
• Legal Department experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $68,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $146,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
