The Amazon Gift Card business creates and enhances multiple stored value products sold globally through a variety of channels, including the Amazon website, direct corporate sales, retail stores, and other partnerships. We work with an array of global distribution partners to sell Amazon Gift Card products in hundreds of thousands of offline retail stores and Consumer web channel.
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for understanding complete end-to-end supply chain and complex workflows to support customer needs through high Instock rates and superior delivery speed performance. You will adopt and tailor supply chain best practices to meet category needs and proposes specific cost reduction and waste removal opportunities.
The Supply Chain Manager will coordinate forecasting, gift card production, inbound management, inventory management, and will have P&L ownership for supply chain costs. This role is a great opportunity where you will learn how to effectively operate a global supply chain across Consumer web channels.
The successful candidate must be highly organized, self-starting and possess strong data extraction and analytical capabilities, and feel comfortable in operating in an environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.

• Lead global production plan for physical GCs, and owns the relationship with suppliers.
• Manage the gift card inbound plans for consumer web
• Partner with internal teams to optimize inventory forecasting, delivery speed while assessing opportunities to optimize cost-to-serve.
• Lead supply chain annual planning process in partnership with Finance and Regional business teams.
• Coordinate supply chain ops execution to ensure adherence to quality standards and product specifications
• Act as subject matter expert for supply chain systems and tools.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of with Excel experience
- 4+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of the principles of statistical inventory control
- Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
