As a Training Program Manager within the Services Operations team, you are the primary lead supporting onboarding and training of Ad Operations and Creative and Campaign Manager employees. This role owns ensuring new hires become proficient with foundational learning to achieve operational success, existing team members are provided with ongoing development and all employees are provided training for new tools, products and SOPs when required. The role is a specialist in understanding training needs to support employee development and ensure organizational goals are met.



Key job responsibilities
The Training Program Manager role requires gathering a strong understanding of the often times complex advertising campaign delivery process including creative management, policies, tool/product knowledge, campaign setup and ad trafficking. They understand how to prioritize, organize and deliver relevant training to the right team members at the right time and have experience with training in advertising and/or marketing fields. As a Training Program Manager, you will:
• Empower Creative & Campaign Manager (CCM) and Ad Operations new hires to achieve operational success through effective onboarding and training.
• Liaise with Ad Services stakeholders to identify training needs and create a strategic, multi-year training plan for Ad Services.
• Create training schedules, develop and refine training materials, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure training alignment with organizational goals
• Identify customer and advertiser risks, removing roadblocks and provide training to support.

About the team
The Services Operations team enables and scales advertiser success on and off Amazon through internal operations, streamlined campaign workflows, proactive prevention of defective ads, flawless high-traffic event management and services team training to ensure a positive end-customer experience. We partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Campaign & Creative Management, Ad Operations and Design teams.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
- Experience in training and knowledge management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
