Amazon Currency Converter (ACC) is part of Amazon Payment Products, a fast-growing business with new product launches and market-leading features which improve customers' payment experience on Amazon. ACC offers products for buyers (ACCB: Amazon Currency Converter for Buyers) and Sellers (ACCS: Amazon Currency Converter for Sellers, Seller Wallet). ACCB provides global Amazon buyers seamless payment solution for purchases on Amazon worldwide. ACCS and Seller Wallet provide global Amazon sellers a secure and convenient way to receive their revenue from selling on Amazon worldwide.

The ACC Marketing team is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager. The scope of role includes formulating marketing strategies, managing marketing roadmap, driving high-quality conversions across a vast array of campaigns for our global customers and Sellers and developing scalable mechanism through Marketing automation. You will work cross-functionally to drive product adoption and retention by communicating effectively with stakeholders in different teams and job categories; Product, Design, Business Intelligence, Sales, Tech, Finance, Legal and so on. This requires deep understanding of customers, business, products, levers for success, ability to deliver results, and skills to handle conflicting priorities.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable dealing with ambiguity, making metrics and data driven decisions with taking risks, and has a strong desire to learn and lead in a fast-paced environment. You are able to think strategically, look at the business analytically, and implement flawlessly.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and execute online marketing strategy for driving product adoption and customer retention.
• Align strategy with cross functional stakeholders and business leaders.
• Create, review and raise quality of marketing materials such as email, website, and banner contents.
• Develop new metrics and targeting logic, and implement automated process for customer targeting.
• Leverage a variety of channels and tools (e.g. email, website, social, video) to effectively communicate with the right target audiences.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data for insights.
• Document plan, performances and test results.
• Drive marketing automation, process standardization and collaboration with stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
