The Selling Partner Growth team is a new and growing business-tech team, focused on accelerating the growth of businesses in our global stores through new opportunities to attract and optimize valuable selection, build long-lasting relationships with Amazon, and enhance the Buying Customer experience. You will be directly responsible for identifying and driving improvements that enable Selling Partner growth, partnering with product, science, regional business teams (among others) to influence the priorities of senior leadership. Your role will deliver a holistic global approach, operating as a thought leader in the SPX organization and connecting the dots between regions. You will establish what success looks like and drive the strategic roadmap of solutions to unlock growth and enable sustainable profitability. This will involve creating casual frameworks to connect growth inputs (e.g., selection, Selling Partner recruitment, Buying Customer experience, Selling Partner experience) to outcomes, leveraging data and anecdotal insights to identify top opportunities, inventing new solutions to challenging problems, influencing product decisions, and driving closure by connecting these product decisions to business outcomes. This work will have a direct impact on our Topline growth, Selling Partner Cost to Serve, and influence short and long-term capital investment decisions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- 7+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research
- Experience identifying and resolving complex issues, and assuming leadership roles in unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $153,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $252,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
