The successful candidate for this role has experience establishing strategy and cross-channel marketing tactics to maximize customer reach and impact, has a proven ability to work cross-functionally, make data-driven decisions, and influence others. You must be able to work at the strategic level (generating new ideas to evolve your campaigns) and at the tactical level (managing development and execution of promotions). You are a self-starter, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive working among a broad, diverse set of stakeholders. You leverage strong organizational and project management skills and have a track record of delivering quality work.
This is a permanent position based in Seattle, WA.
Key job responsibilities
* Work cross-functionally with creative studio, category, in-stock, operations, merchandising, and in-store experience counterparts to deliver monthly rotational promotions program to drive sales and meet overarching revenue goals
* Develop and execute on strategies to increase impact of promotions, inclusive of proposing new tests and optimizations to our promotions marketing tactics and channels
* Partner with pricing and category teams to identify and market priority value/pricing messages
* Monitor performance metrics for your programs and use key insights to execute optimizations
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- Ability to manage stakeholders and present to various levels of an organization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with end-to-end promotions management
- Experience with retail or CPG product marketing

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
