The Career Choice team is looking for a driven, talented, and experienced program manager to join our onsite execution team. A successful candidate will be someone who is comfortable with all elements of ideation, communication, program management, customer research and branding. This role, within the Career Choice marketing team, will be responsible for onsite engagement and deep collaboration with HR partners across our fulfilment network. Additionally, this role will support marketing campaign planning, marketing tactics, and employee insights. This role will develop launch marketing strategies in close collaboration with cross functional teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing content experimentation initiatives, analyzing metrics and providing actionable insight into performance, as well as making recommendations on marketing plans. In addition to strong marketing skills, the candidate must have strong strategic and systems thinking, organizational skills, experience supporting multiple teams, and acute attention to detail. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are a must.

Key job responsibilities
- Event Management: Responsible to project manage and execute Schools fairs and other Career Choice events across NA – USA, Canada and Costa Rica. Coordinate with program team and site successful execution and employee satisfaction.
- PXT Engagement: Communicate to PXT across NA sites any program updates ensure PXT engagement and continuous support. Manage PXT channels such as monthly email, & wiki page. Including content strategy and performance measurement. Develop experiments based on customer insights that drive participation growth and value from the program.
- Onsite campaign support: Support Career Choice marketing team with onsite campaign execution including onsite marketing material delivery and placement.
- CC TV Management: Accountable to manage 80+ Career Choice onsite TVs, ensure its readiness and effectiveness. Create and develop materials and engaging content to be launched into CC TVs.
- New Site launches: Monitor new sites launching in the NA and ensure they receive onboarding to Career Choice, access to marketing materials etc.
- Reporting: Own weekly and monthly reporting of the marketing activities and performance of marketing assets. Report to Snr. Manager onsite performance, contribute to QBRs and MBR.
- Support Storytelling: Support with Career Choice storytelling in NA by searching for program success stories, delivery of onsite celebratory content or coordinate filming of user generated videos.
- Support Case management: Support case management for Marketing and event related cases from PXT stakeholders. Continue driving content improvements (e.g. wiki FAQs) to reduce re-occurring PXT cases.
- Develop experiments based on customer insights that drive participation growth and value from the program
- Create messaging strategies to highlight the best of the Career Choice benefit and features to our diverse customer base
- Be the primary owner of communication requests, owning and driving facilitation from end to end.
- Own and support our internal program team and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi-task based on strong business judgement.
- Identify the most customer centric path forward, and write content which fits the situation.
- Perform quality checks of content to ensure the end customer experience is ideal.
- Regularly manage delivery of various types of marketing content such as notification, articles, blogposts, Posters, flyers, webinars, presentations, case studies, scripts and more.
- Own weekly and monthly reporting of the marketing activities and performance of marketing assets.
- Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues, uncover driving trends and patterns and drive improvements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience with Internal communication, content creation and event management.
- Internal or external communications experience with operations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree
- Experience building robust communications programs and delivering results.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to form a cohesive and effective outcome from potentially incongruous facts (or lack thereof) and individual perspectives.
- Possess a strategic approach to problem solving; able to anticipate potential reputational issues.
- Ability to exercise high judgment and persuasion, particularly in narrow timeframes.
- Willing to get work done, even when at times it’s outside the scope of the job.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
- Able to anticipate potential reputation issues.
- Experience in change management or issues management.
- Experience with delivery on major internal communications campaigns.
- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Excellent writing skills are a must, with the ability to formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues and create a concise and well-written narrative.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
