Key job responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct exhaustive market research to unearth latent trends and untapped opportunities in the ever-evolving access control landscape
Employ a meticulous approach to dissect competitors' strategies and product offerings, forging a path for our distinct competitive advantage

Formulating and Executing Business Strategy:
Devise and implement an all-encompassing business development strategy that aligns seamlessly with the overarching growth objectives of the organization
Identify new and promising markets, discern potential high-value clients, and craft strategic alliances to broaden Key for Business's market presence

Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate enduring and robust relationships with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring that their unique requirements are met and their expectations exceeded
Drive revenue growth through the meticulous identification of client needs, tailoring bespoke solutions, and adeptly negotiating contracts
Uphold unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction through adept communication, proactive support, and relentless attention to their needs

Comprehensive Product Mastery:
Develop an unparalleled command of our suite of access control solutions, staying attuned to the latest industry developments
Assume the role of a trusted adviser by educating clients and colleagues on the salient features and transformative benefits of our product offerings

In-Depth Reporting and Data-Driven Decisions:
Institute an efficient reporting system that consistently monitors progress, scrutinizes key performance indicators, and informs strategic decisions
Continuously evaluate the efficacy of business development strategies, making judicious adjustments to optimize outcomes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
