The successful candidate will have a track record of: 1) Experience managing technical and non-technical projects with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams, 2) Owning internal as well as customer-facing operating procedures, with a continuous focus on process improvement, and 3) Demonstrating strong customer obsession by driving process improvement and advocating for the customer during internal reviews.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage post-launch technical integration and operational health of Buy with Prime (BwP) and Multi-Channel Fulfilment Solutions Org (MCF) solutions customer deployment in the enterprise and SMB customer segments.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve technical issues for customers launched on Buy with Prime and Multi-channel Fulfilment product (e.g., Sales, Product, Tech).
- Utilize subject matter expertise to communicate the incremental value of Buy with Prime and Multi-channel Fulfilment product to key customer stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on the learnings during the customer's post-launch journey.
About the team
Buy with Prime (BwP) is a new way to extend Prime shopping benefits, including fast, free shipping, a seamless checkout experience, and free returns to merchants' own online stores, ultimately increasing selection for Prime members. The Multi-Channel Fulfilment Solutions Org (MCF) is a end-to-end supply chain capabilities for merchants who want to use Amazon's capabilities to fulfill orders from their own website or other marketplaces.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
- Experience in working with customer launch or post-launch and or solution management
- Experience working with cross functional teams to deliver results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $83,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
