The Business Operations Manager is a critical role within the Operations and Technology team, responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency across the Communications & Corporate Responsibility (CCR) organization. This individual will work closely with cross-functional leaders and business operations roles to streamline processes, implement best practices, and ensure seamless collaboration between various teams.We are seeking a Business Operations Manager with a builder’s mindset who will accelerate adoption to procedures and policies across the organization. This role will connect the dots across the business across all levels. In addition, you will support in driving high visibility and strategic initiatives, develop new or improve existing standards, guidelines, tools, simplify processes and drive deliverables that help the organization operate efficiently. You must be able to build and maintain trusting relationships cross-departmentally with our internal business partners.
